Deadline for KDL's 9th Annual Short Story Contest Nov. 30
Kent District Library is again asking Michigan creative writers of all ages to share their best short fiction in its 9th annual Write Michigan Short Story contest.
KDL will again offer separate categories for youth, teens, adults and Spanish language writers. Winning entries will be published and receive cash prizes.
Stories must be submitted at writemichigan.org by Monday, Nov. 30 at noon. Stories must be a maximum of 3,000-words in length. There’s a $10 entry fee for ages 18 and above; the contest is free for 17 and under.
