Board Approves Second Phase of The Cove at Dean Lake
The Board of Trustees approved the site plan for Phase 2 of the housing development known as The Cove at Dean Lake on Seibers Lane off Four Mile Road NE.
The approved site plan includes five single-family homes and nearly 5 acres of private woods that will remain undeveloped and serve as common area for the development. This Phase 2 plan is consistent with the original development plan the Board approved in 2019.
The new homes will be on approximately 0.4 acre lots and will not have direct lake access. The common area will be accessible to all 13 homes within the development and will include a natural trail system through the neighborhood’s wooded area. Construction of the neighborhood is expected to be completed in three years, which will include Seibers Lane being repaved once construction nears completion.
The first phase of The Cove at Dean Lake development began with eight single-family homes with lakefront access and features a quiet wooded area and walkout homes.
